To enhance our visitors' experience, the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, Mount Tomah offers a range of guided tours.
Volunteer Guided Tour
A daily tour departing from the Visitor Centre at 11.30 am led by a trained volunteer guide. The tour changes with the seasons to include highlights of the Garden.
Garden Shuttle Tour
A 14-seat garden shuttle with a hydraulic wheelchair lift departs from the Visitor Centre at 11 am, 2 pm and 3.30 pm. The 20 min circuit is provided by the Ranger and is designed to give elderly or incapacitated visitors an opportunity to view the Garden.
Groups wishing to book this service as a tour will be charged $9.00 per person.
Group Garden Tours (1 hour)
Pre-booked tours for groups visiting the Garden. This is a personalised tour for your group led by a trained volunteer guide or Garden Ranger to experience the seasonal highlights of the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden.
Cost: Start from $9.00 pp
Specialised Garden Tours (1.5-2 hours)
Tours provided by an Education Officer for special interest groups. Includes a visit to the new Waratah Education Centre. Tours are tailored to meet the interests of your group.
Fee based on multiples of 30 to cover cost of paid tour leader. Cost:
